Khlong Plu Waterfall
Namtok Khlong Plu or Klong Plu Waterfall is the most popular among the tourists since it is located on the area of the tourists’ beach though hiding in the valley ,1.5 kilometres from Khlong Phrao Village. To reach it, walk along for 400 meters to the waterfall entrance.
Then walk through the jungle and the forest vast, which are not steep, for 20 minutes.
Namtok Khlong Plu is a big- sized waterfall with 3 levels but the first level is the most popular because the waterfall flows down from the steep rocky cliff, 100 metres high, onto the water basin which is surrounded by the large area of small and big stones. Although the stream of Khlong Plu Waterfall flows all year round, the stream becomes narrow and not attractive in summer. In some parts, the stream is even dry, which is different from the rainy season when the forest vast is rich in water stream. So the first level is popular for tourists for swimming in and photo taking.
